Project Overview
Axxess at Terwillegar Project consisted of a major Building Envelope Rehabilitation across the 111-unit building. Existing brick cladding and vinyl siding were removed and replaced with James Hardie Cementitious Lap Siding and Trims. All balconies were re-sloped for proper drainage and received new PVC Vinyl Decking. Existing plaza deck waterproofing was removed and replaced with a new Poly-ISO Sloped Insulation Package and Commercial SBS Waterproofing System. All units received new aluminum railings.
