Whitehall Square Building Envelope Repairs

Whitehall Project consisted of balcony rehabilitation and window/door replacements on the East 2 Building in this complex. 28 Decks received structural framing repairs and new PVC Vinyl Decking membranes. New aluminum face mounted railings were installed on all over ground decks. 129 Doors and Windows were replaced on the building along with all associated brick cladding removal, salvage and reinstallation surrounding openings. Roof parapet reconstruction, waterproofing and metal capping were completed along the entire roof perimeter. Extensive interior abatement of asbestos containing drywall was completed to facilitate framing repairs.
