Project Overview
Urban Village Project consisted of balcony rehabilitation across 111 Balconies. All decks received re-sloped members and new sheathing to accept new PVC Vinyl Decking. Extensive EIFS cladding replacement was completed at the base of wall at each balcony location along with all columns and fascia areas. In addition, all soffit metal was replaced. Railings were removed and reinstalled on all units.
