Terra Centre for Teen Parents

Terra Centre Project consisted of a two-phase major interior renovation project in an occupied building. Phase 1 consisted of major basement additions, including Home Economics Program Kitchen, Parent Lounge Space, Cloths Closet and Food Pantry. Phase 2 involved major layout changes to Level 1 upgrading the Reception Area, building additional washrooms and the creation of a Child Development Space. All work was performed in phases allowing the client to maintain use of the building during construction.
