Project Overview
Rogers Place Maintenance Program consists of concrete rehabilitation in high traffic areas of the arena. To date, Ford Hall (34,000 sq.ft) has received floor slab crack repairs/fill along with concrete burnish and seal. This phased maintenance plan will eventually tackle multiple concourse levels, community rink and the LRT corridor. Over 220,000 sq.ft of area remain to be completed in a phase approach.
