Project Overview
Liberton Project consisted of a major Building Envelope Rehabilitation on 15 Buildings (43 Units) spanning over two phases. Over 400 doors and windows were replaced, including storm doors. All existing siding was replaced with new Vinyl Lap Siding installed on strapping. Roofing was replaced on 10 buildings in addition to all rainwater goods. Landscaping upgrades were completed in select areas across the property.
