Laing Residence

Laing Project consisted of a major reconstruction and rehabilitation of the top two levels of the home. The entire roof structure was upgraded with spray foam insulation, commercial high temperature waterproofing and standing seam metal roof. Supply & install of new Fiberglass Windows were installed and new EIFS Cladding followed on a large portion of the home. New rooftop PVC Composite Decking was installed on top of a newly installed SBS Torch on rooftop deck. A new custom 3 pane sliding door was installed at the front of the home, measuring over 9 feet tall and 15 feet wide accompanied by a motorized screen.
