Infusions Plaza Deck Waterproofing

Infusions Project consisted of full Plaza Deck Waterproofing replacement across two buildings, totaling over 30,000 sq.ft. This project involved the removal of all overburden landscaping, concrete patios, concrete sidewalks, insulation, and drainage mat to expose the existing waterproofing. Waterproofing removal and surface preparation/concrete repairs were completed to accept new 2-ply Commercial SBS Waterproofing. New rock overburden was installed along with new stamped concrete patios, new sidewalks, and a new cast-in-place concrete ramp.
