Project Overview
Grandin Court Project consisted of traditional stucco cladding replacement. New PVC windows and sliding doors were installed in the work area along with all associated sealants. All balconies were re-sloped and received new PVC Vinyl Decking. In addition, the building perimeter parapets were waterproofed and received new metal capping. New vents, outlets, and light fixtures were replaced as part of this project.
