Forberg Residence

Forberg Project began as a leak investigation and evolved into a major rehabilitation of the top level of a high-end infill home. The entire top floor roof and rooftop patio area underwent full re-build and re-waterproof after deteriorated structural elements were repaired. A New Sloped Poly-ISO System was installed beneath the roofing to improve drainage and insulating performance. Extensive parapet work and EIFS cladding replacement on the top half of the home was completed to ensure proper tie-ins of new to old.
