Project Overview
Chelsea Greene Project consisted of balcony rehabilitation across 107 decks. All decks received re-sloped members and new sheathing to accept PVC Vinyl Decking. In addition, all soffit metal, column cladding, and fascia were replaced. Railings were removed and reinstalled on all units.
