Central Park Plaza Deck Waterproofing

Central Park Project consisted of a full Plaza Deck Waterproofing replacement, totaling over 37,000 sq.ft. Demolition of all existing sidewalks, topping slabs and landscaping made way for concrete slab repairs prior to waterproofing. Upgrades to drainage were performed across the work area along with targeted structural concrete slab repairs. The project is being completed in two phases while maintaining full access to parkade and visitor parking stalls for residents.
