Cedarwood Village Building Envelope Rehabilitation

Cedarwood Village Project consisted of a major Building Envelope Rehabilitation on 11 Buildings (53 Units). Over 370 doors and windows were replaced with modern PVC windows and insulated steel doors: including storm door replacement. All existing stucco and cedar-wood siding were replaced with new James Hardie Cementitious Lap Siding & Trims. Interior abatement was completed to facilitate framing repairs prior to new door, window, and cladding installation.
