Canadian Native Friendship Center

CNFC Project consisted of a full building renovation project across 4 levels. Full demolition of all interior spaces, walls, ceilings and finishes made way for a completely new functioning space. New Multi-Level Split Fan Coil Unit HVAC system was installed along with a new Hydronic Heating System and HRV System. Full Spray Foam application was completed on most walls on Levels 1, 2 and 3. New Millwork and Solid Surfaces were installed including a full new kitchen. The project vision was to make the space feel “like grandma’s house” to be inviting to youth and offer a comforting program space. Plans are underway for a second phase which will result in the addition of a building elevator and major landscaping rehabilitation at the front of the building.
