Brock Sandblasting / Coatings Facility Fitout

Brock Project consisted of a full building and attached shop renovation and reclassification from F3 to F1 rating. The office portion of the building received a full renovation, including upgraded lighting, finishes, flooring and windows. The shop received an extensive fire rated partition and reconfiguration to accommodate the clients’ needs. New commercial grade exhaust fans and MUA units were installed to serve the new spray/coatings facility. As a result, the entire building received a new Fire Suppression System and Fire Alarm System. New lighting was installed throughout the shop, including the addition of multiple overhead doors to serve as entry/exit paths for trailers. Major electrical upgrades were installed to supply power to new sandblasting and coating equipment.
