Alta Vista RTOP South Tower Building Envelope Rehabilitation

Alta Vista South Tower Project consisted of Building Envelope repairs on a single elevation of the 12-story tower. Removal of existing EIFS cladding was completed to facilitate the replacement of DensGlass sheathing. New fiberglass windows were installed in select locations along with repairs to existing curtain wall system. In addition, liquid-applied traffic coatings were applied on concrete balconies. New EIFS was then completed on most of a single elevation. Select roof repairs and parapet reconstruction were also executed as part of this building envelope repair project.
