Project Overview
Alta Vista Project consisted of balcony rehabilitation across 36 decks. All decks received re-sloped members and new sheathing to accept new PVC Vinyl Decking. All decks received new balcony railings. New soffits, fascia, and column cladding was installed on all units. In addition, targeted Plaza Deck Waterproofing repairs were completed on select units.
